Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Every cleaning includes the products and equipment needed for the service — you don't have to prepare anything.
How much does cleaning cost?
For a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo: regular cleaning starts at $150, deep cleaning at $200 and move-in/move-out at $280, plus HST. Every quote is flat-rate and depends on your place's size, type and condition — a one-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house are priced differently. You'll know your exact price before the appointment, with no hourly surprises.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers the full All-Areas checklist to maintain a home that's already in good shape. Deep cleaning adds intensive steps on top — baseboards detailed by hand, deep vacuuming behind and under furniture, inside oven, fridge and cabinets, interior windows, heavy degreasing and more. If it's your first cleaning in a while, deep cleaning is usually the right start.
Do you offer maid service and housekeeping?
Yes — what people call maid service, housekeeping or home cleaning is our Standard Cleaning on a recurring schedule: the same team visits weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and keeps your place in shape. One-time standard cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning are available too.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Our team is insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before working in clients' homes. SEVA Cleaning has been Toronto-owned and operated since 2017.
Do you clean condos and apartments?
Yes — condos make up a large share of the homes we clean across Toronto. We're used to concierge access, elevator bookings and loading-dock rules, so just tell us your building's requirements when you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our customers simply arrange access for the team. You're welcome to be home if you prefer.
What are your hours, and how fast do you reply?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. Quote requests sent during business hours are answered within the hour; anything that comes in after hours is answered first thing the next working day.
What areas do you service?
Toronto and the nearby GTA — including North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham. Not sure if we reach you? Send your postal code with your quote request and we'll confirm.
What happens if something is missed?
